Once your order is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier. Kandis Created is in no way responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once they are shipped. If you have a package sent to you from Kandis Created that you believe was lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping, we will direct you to contacting customer support with the package carrier.
